May 3rd thoughts and goals

Updated: Feb 4, 2021

My favorite and most intriguing question that I have constantly pondered about for the last 5 years. What is Polykinetics? Is it physical exercise? Is it cognitive therapy? Does it benefit the physical body as much as the human brain? Is it needed in the world? And the short answer to all of these questions is.....yes. In short, it is everything.

Polykinetics is the alpha and omega of mental health focused fitness. I don't mean to sound grandiose, or for this to have become such a deep obsession of mine, but that is exactly what happened. I became obsessed between the intricate connections and workings of the human brain and the human body, and looking to discover a way to bring those 2 physical aspects of our existence together in perfect synchronicity through the medium of motion and music.

I won't lie, I SERIOUSLY speculated the integrity of my own sanity when the basics came out and together in this method. I was my own worst skeptic in the beginning. A speculation that has been replaced over time with an absolute certainty, which ironically, now makes OTHERS speculate the integrity of my sanity. So now when they tell me, "that's crazy!",

I smile slightly and simply agree.

All in all, Polykinetics can be the biggest thing to happen to mental health ever. No one has done what Polykinetics has done....build up bodies and minds while bringing down discrimination and common ignorance about mental health and illness.

Polykinetics will go global. There's no doubt. It's no longer a matter of "if" as it is now a matter of "when?"

I am currently in the works of "recruiting" a partner to help me fulfill a vital part of Polykinetics' success. An aspect I had attempted on my own in the past, but without much success. Therefore, hitting that same problem again, only using a different way. I'm literally praying that this could eventually lead to me finally overcoming one of the most frustrating challenges thus far.

Within the next 2 years I want to have finished the Polykinetics book and at least a handful of certified Polykinetics instructors with PK classes of their own.
