The Polykinetics Paradox

A PARADOX

: something (such as a situation) that consists of two opposite things and that seems impossible but is actually true or possible

: someone who does two things that seem to be opposite to each other or who has qualities that are opposite

: a statement that seems to say two opposite things but that may be true

This is my favorite mysterious little English word simply because the more I pursue Polykinetics, the more I can't help to notice that it possesses many traits to that of a paradox. It mashes together cardio AND toning concurrently. So simplistic, yet so physically challenging. So basic on the surface, yet rather complex in its roots...this list continues to grow.

I chose the name "Polykinetics" since it is after all, a collaboration of many different influences, ideologies, and keynotes from different types of physical activity, fitness exercises and disciplines all united and then reduced to their simplest forms resulting in one hell of an innovative way to get your butt to bettered mental health by using your physical body to do it. Sound weird? Well, yes, but the reality is quite the opposite. EVERYTHING that Polykinetics is built upon is supported by iron-clad scientific fact, not outlandish theories or claims to ancient wisdom.

I believe it's not so much what you do, but how you do that makes a world of difference. This method is a great argument for that figure of speech. The moves I use, everyone knows, and the strategy on how I use those moves...well no one knows.....yet!

And that's where the magic in Polykinetics is created.

I had one single insane goal in mind when I decided to go forth in designing this method: Universal...a distinct trait that doesn't exactly have me winning any popularity contests with personal trainers or fitness fanatics, but yes....a complete universal method that could be easily tweaked to conform to anyone regardless of their struggles or abilities. Same systematic process to tackle very different problems.
